Service contents
Baume & Mercier watches benefit from a worldwide after-sales service network meeting the highest technical quality standards of Swiss Fine Watch-making.
Chosen through a rigorous selection procedure, only authorized Baume & Mercier resellers and After-Sales Service Centers are entitled to service your watch.
Regularly trained by the brand, they provide impeccable service quality thanks to a variety of tests and the use of the most modern and reliable testing instruments.
Any operation that has not been carried out by an After-Sales Service Centre or retailer authorised by Baume & Mercier is excluded from any Baume & Mercier guarantee coverage. This also applies to the use of spare parts that do not meet the quality standards set by Baume & Mercier.

Antique watches
« Antique » watches at Baume & Mercier are watches that are more than 20 years old, starting from the production date. The Baume & Mercier brand offers a "repairability guarantee" for all these watches.
If the repair cannot be carried out locally due to a lack of available spare parts, the watch is sent to Switzerland.
On receiving the watch, we draw up a quote and after agreement from the customer, the watch is repaired. In the event the customer refuses the quote, the customer will be invoiced a fixed sum.
